Now there’s one more thing that can happen just as quickly: getting paid.
Proof is introducing Instant Payouts, a new option that allows notaries to transfer their earnings directly to a Visa debit card, often within minutes of completing a session.
For notaries who prefer faster access to their earnings, it’s a simple new way to move money when you want it.
More Flexibility in How You Get Paid
Our existing payout options, including scheduled ACH deposits, continue to work well for many notaries. But we also heard that some notaries wanted more control over when they access their earnings, especially after completing sessions in the evenings or on weekends.
Instant Payouts adds that flexibility.
Instead of waiting for the next scheduled payout window, notaries can now request a transfer whenever they’re ready and have their balance sent directly to their debit card.

How Instant Payouts Work
Instant Payouts are available directly from your Proof dashboard. Once you have an eligible Visa debit card linked to your Stripe account, requesting a payout takes just a few clicks — no additional apps or separate logins required.
When you're ready, simply initiate a payout from your dashboard. Funds are pushed directly to your Visa debit card in real time. Most notaries in our early access group reported seeing their earnings arrive within a minute or two.

Setup is simple: link a Visa debit card through your Stripe account using the steps in your dashboard. After that, Instant Payouts are available whenever you have a balance ready to transfer.

Before rolling Instant Payouts out broadly, we introduced the feature to a group of early adopters so we could understand how it might fit into the day-to-day rhythm of working on the platform.

- Connect your Visa debit card through Stripe following the on-screen instructions.
- Once linked, request a payout any time you have an available balance — day or night.
