Cleaner Data, Tighter Security, and More Admin Control This June

This month's updates are built for Enterprise and Command Center teams that need tighter control over their data and security posture. From deactivating child organizations directly in Command Center to pulling audit events into your SIEM and exporting richer transaction data, June's release gives admins more visibility and more power without requiring a support ticket or a CSM.
Deactivate Child Orgs Directly from Command Center
Command Center admins can now deactivate child organizations directly from the Company Directory. When a child org is deactivated, users across your deployment will no longer see the organization in their navigation tools, leaving only admins with the visibility to see the deactivated organizations.
The deactivation flow also includes built-in guardrails: the system warns about active In-house notaries (IHN) before you confirm, and prevents deactivating a parent org that still has active children underneath it.
For organizations managing branch consolidations, test org cleanup, or frequent structural changes, this eliminates the back-and-forth with support. Completed transactions on deactivated orgs stay accessible for reporting, and draft transactions are preserved.
Pull Proof Audit Events Directly into Your Security Stack
Enterprise and Commercial Command Center customers can now pull security and audit events directly from their Proof account into Splunk, Datadog, or any other SIEM tool using a standards-based API.
Events are delivered in OCSF format with no custom transformation required, covering 15+ event types including logins, role changes, MFA updates, and API key activity. To get started, customers generate an API key from their account settings and configure their own polling integration.
More Data, Less Gaps. Your Data Export Just Got Better.
The transaction data export has been updated to include additional fields and better alignment with what's already visible in the product. Fields that previously appeared in the UI but were missing from the download are now included in the export, and a set of net-new columns has been added to give your teams a more complete picture of every transaction.
All of these improvements are available automatically to anyone who already has export access, with no flags, settings, or CSM action required. For ops and reporting teams that rely on exported transaction data for reconciliation, auditing, or workflow analysis, this release delivers significantly more detail right out of the box.
