Additional terms apply to specific categories of Users and Services as defined in the Proof Glossary as well as specific use cases. Each Supplement applies according to its own applicability provision and, when it applies, is incorporated into and forms part of the Agreement.
User-Specific Supplements
- Data Processing Addendum applies to Proof and to each User that is a Company; it does not apply to Users acting in an individual capacity.
- Notary User Supplement applies to all Notary Users.
- Subscriber Supplement applies to Subscribers who access Services through a Subscription Plan.
Service-Specific Supplements
- In-House Notary Supplement applies to Subscribers who procure Notarizations and related services from In-House Notaries through the Platform.
- Real Estate Supplement applies when a Subscriber uses RE Services.
Use Case Specific Supplements
- Acceptable Use Supplement applies to any User who receives Results Data.
- Application Programming Interface and Software Development Kit Supplement applies when a Subscriber accesses the API or Proof’s endpoints, directly or through the SDK or any other client.
- Individual Digital Certificate Supplement applies to the User to whom Proof issues an Individual Digital Certificate.
- Link Supplement applies when a Subscriber incorporates a Subscriber Link into one or more Subscriber Websites.
- Organization Digital Certificate Supplement applies to the Organization to which Proof issues an Organization Digital Certificate.
- U.S. Postal Service Form 1583 Supplement applies when a Subscriber uses Proof Services for completing a U.S. Postal Service Form 1583.
