What is it?

Standard Onboarding is a quick, guided setup session with a Proof expert to help you get youraccount configured and your team ready to go. Instead of figuring things out on your own, youget direct time with our team to make sure everything is set up right from the start.

What's included

• A kickoff call with a Proof expert We'll walk through your setup, answer questions, and make sure your configuration matches how you actually work.
• Hands-on help getting your account configured We'll guide you through setting things up so you're not starting from a blank page.
• Training for your team We'll show your admin or team lead how everything works, so they can get the rest of your team up to speed.
• 4 hours of support to use as you need it Save some time for that first call, and use the rest for follow up questions as you get going. Whether that's a quick 15 minute check-in or troubleshooting something that's not clicking, we're here for it.

Good to know

• You get 4 hours total, and it's flexible. Use it for one longer session or spread it across a few shorter ones.
• Your 4 hours are available for 30 days starting on your contract start date. After that, any unused time expires.
• Need more help after that? We can add more time to your plan.
