Auto Approve helps consumers refinance auto loans. Every transaction requires two key steps: signing the new loan contract and signing a Power of Attorney form that authorizes Auto Approve to complete the title work on the customer’s behalf. The first part was straightforward. Customers could eSign their loan contracts. The second part required more effort. To complete title work, customers needed to print forms, visit a notary, and ship documents back. This introduced extra steps for customers and additional handling for operations teams. Errors could occur when paperwork was completed incorrectly, requiring follow-up and reprocessing. Customers often had questions about next steps, and the additional coordination affected overall processing timelines. As Austin Scott, Chief Operating Officer, noted: “Customers could digitally sign their loan contract, but then had to complete notarization separately. That added extra steps to the experience.”
