FreeWill customers can notarize with Proof
It only takes a few minutes to get your Advanced Healthcare Directive or Power of Attorney notarized. Notaries are online and ready to help you sign. Available 24/7 - no need to wait in line or make an appointment.
How it works
1. Upload your FreeWill documents
Download your documents from FreeWill and upload to Proof. However, do not sign the form before uploading. You must sign the document during the notary session.
2. Verify your identity
Proof will ask you a series of questions and prompt photos of a valid, government-issued ID to quickly and securely verify your identity.
3. Connect with a live notary
In seconds, Proof will connect you with a commissioned notary over a live video feed. The notary will confirm your identity, witness your signature, and assist you throughout the process.
4. You’re finished!
After the notary meeting, Proof will prompt for credit card payment before you can access and download your completed forms.
